Sex Sells, But Is It Worth It?

So they tell me sex sells in our society, so who's fault is it when we get burned? Is the fantasy of the wet dream they describe to us so good that we will do whatever it takes at the risk of our happiness, sanity, security etc? And then who's to blame when our children see this same dream and act on it and end up suffering from the consequences? Yes the scantily clad woman or the half naked man looks very appealing and it helps ease our guilt of buying that car we can't afford or that outfit we didn't really need or doing whatever it was that appealed to our basic lust, but when the dream is no longer and we wake up to reality, who is going to take care of the mess we are in? That naked man only lasted for 30 seconds until the next commercial  came on and that naked woman was only tricking to get you tricked. And then how can we tell our children that sex isn't everything when we prove to them on a daily basis that we can't  help but be controlled by our lust? And who's fault is it when they take things literally and capitalize on the selling and end up with an STD, pregnant, or caught up because they wanted the fantasy of the wet dream? Yeah sex is selling and doing a very good job of it, but do we really like what we are buying or are we just too dumb to realize that it's just a fantasy and we don't get the guy/girl in the end? We just get stuck with the bill, unfulfilled dreams, an empty wallet and an unsatisfied hard on. So is it really worth is to keep buying what sex is selling, I mean at the end of the day are we getting what we truly want, or what the "man" is telling us we want? Who's really getting satisfied and "cumming" us or them, just a thought...
