So What Happened to all the Women

Why is it, that we as women are always complaining about finding a good man, but we fail to prepare ourselves to accept a good one when he comes along? We are so quick to compile a list of likes and dislikes, requirements and standards that no man can meet and then we get angry because that perfect guy doesn't exist. Well I wonder how many of us women would be able to meet those same requirements if they were turned around on us. Do we have ourselves together, are we getting paid and can we handle our own? Are we in shape, know how to treat a man and do we ourselves have the class and culture we expect from this ideal man. Do we have the good hair, the nice smile the body that bangs when a man sees us and can we be a lady in the street and the fantasized freak in the bed that we imagine after reading a Zane book? I just wonder where are the women who know how to cook a meal these days that isn't out of a box or who know how to take care of the home and truly cater to her man. Listening to Destiny's Child "Cater to You" got me thinking, not a damn one of us women are truly ready to cater to or love our man the way we want to be loved. Somewhere along the line, we traded cooking for Chanel, and catering for gold-digging. Seems to me ladies are too busy trying to trap a man with her 5 star pussy then capture his mind with her intellect. Not saying that women need to be kept barefoot and pregnant because we are too smart for that, but I do think it adds to a woman's appeal and beauty to be able to handle her home as well as the workplace, as they say "Behind every good man is a strong woman" can we truly be that if we have forgotten the simple appeal of being a woman?
